It is made of quality material with much thought
to design. It provides shade on bright sunny days which allows
me to stay on the water longer! It provides shade while allowing
me to continuously cast without obstruction while bass fishing.
I would recommend this product because it does what it says it
will. I was impressed with the ability to adjust the umbrella
so that I could continuously cast while bass fishing and hooksets
while still in the shade. I received comments and questions from
other fishermen who went out of their way to see the product closer.

A terrific product, extremely well made and a fantastic
tool for those of us who like to fish mid day and do not want
to invest in an expensive Bimini or T Top. The Pro-Techt easily
lowered the heat of the direct sun by 15 to 20 degrees. I could
comfortable fish wide open water in direct sunlight and remain
cool and comfortable. After using this 13 times already, I do
not have a single discouraging thing to say about it. I LOVE THIS
PRODUCT. This product greatly increases the time you can spend
on the water. Even during the heat of a 90 degree day I was able
to comfortably fish when normally I would have had to wait for
the mid day sun to set before heading out, but thanks to the Pro-Techt
I can now fish anytime of the day and get many more hours of fishing

have come to rely on it and cannot imagine fishing my favorite

This is a wonderful shade for boaters in hot areas
like Phoenix AZ. It is easy to install on my bass boat, easy to
cast around, and easy to uninstall. As an angler I like the Mantis,
but as my backseater my wife loves it! Yes, I would [recommend
it], because it is convenient to use and the skin cancer rate
for boaters in Arizona is off the charts!. The Mantis provides
plenty of shade and casting room for a "front-seater"
on a bassboat to fish a little longer into a hot summer day. Mounted
on my Ranger’s backseat, it makes my wife actually look
forward to reading books and magazines while I fish away on the
front deck. The price is right, the workmanship is great, and
the materials look like they will hold up very well in the hot
